Roundina Circle and Bach Railroad FineScaleTrains.com
This is my HO Gauge railroad. The RC&B RR. The period I wanted to model is 1954. Most of the scenes you see here are in the town of Circle City, the date is June 1st 1954. Near by villages are Bach, where the Church is located, and Roundina, where the big train station resides.
I built this layout several years ago in what used to be Daughter Debbi's Bedroom. These photo scenes are mostly small 'mini scenes' that are scattered all over the layout. Most are created out of kits that are available in the better model train stores. Many of the figures are hand painted by myself. And many of the vehicles are from pot metal kits, as are some of the locomotives, that I assembled and painted. I built most all if the trees. Many of the trees are made from Crepe Myrtle flower stems, picked off of the trees in winter when the flowers are gone. The Pictures at the end are a few of the trains in the den, including the 1938 American Flier 'O' Gauge 'Burlington Zephyr' and the late 40's Lionel Freight.
I hope you Enjoy!
